Production, shipping and return policies
All of my products are made to order. I work with various production partners based in different parts of the world including China, Hong Kong, USA and Europe.
Once you have made an order I have one or more of these crews print and for all clothing, sew and ship the item to you.
This process can take a little time! As everything is made just for you and can depend on how many orders we are dealing with at any time. Most things will ship before the estimated time but will depend on the item, how many items you have ordered and from which production crew they will be made.
For sublimation products (the all over print items) the process requires the fabric to be a high percentage polyester. This creates a vibrant, permanent print that is embedded in the fabric that will not fade or crack.
These items are printed, then cut and sewn. Then shipped off to you!
For the cotton range of t-shirts and tank tops these items are digitally printed onto a pre-made quality base garment. These items are also made to order and take much less time to produce so they will ship faster and are produced in the USA and Europe.
Most sublimated garments will take approx 5-10 business days to produce. This includes payment processing, printing fabric, cutting and then sewing. As I work with different production crews this time can vary sometimes they are very fast! Please refer to individual listings for more info.
The cotton range of products will take between 3-5 days.
As mentioned I use several different production crews from different parts of the world. Shipping times depend on many factors, where you live, where it is shipped from, shipping method and your country's shipping carriers.
Express shipping upgrades are available.
I will notify you as soon as your item has been shipped and will give you a tracking number so you can check it's progress.
Please be patient when waiting for your order to arrive.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
I am happy to exchange sizes if you ship the product back to me in unworn new condition. The return item must be shipped back within 14 days. Please be aware that the new replacement item will need to be made so it can take some time. Please contact me as soon as you can to arrange the specifics.

If there is a fault with your item please contact me and we can arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
International sizing can be a tricky business! There is no consistent sizing throughout individual countries let alone the whole world!
Therefore I find the best way to make sure you are ordering the right size is to take measurements. Please refer to these charts for body measurements. If you are unsure please contact me and I am happy to help.
For most items the fit is tight so if you are wanting a looser fit please choose a size larger. This mostly applies to women's hoodies, leggings, singlet tops, long skirts and pants.
