Laser cut, hand painted and assembled in northern NSW Australia.

Made from pine or eucalyptus plywood.
Sealed with natural beeswax and oils.
 
Feathered friends is based on a special feather I found. 
 
The black cockatoo holds a very powerful symbolism and meaning for many. The spirit bird. This feathered scene is inspired by a special moment in time where after finding the red cockatoo tail feather I based this piece off I stood with feather to heart in gratitude for these beautiful feathered kin and watched the sun set while surrounded by cockatoos silhouetted with the trees. Their chattering and calls reminding me of family and community. 
 
This piece is 3 layers of ply laser cut, painted with acrylics and glued forming a 3D wall art piece. 
 
This item is made to order. So it will be made especially for you. This may take up to 2 weeks for the whole process. Each one will be individual as I hand paint them myself so no two will be the same. 
 
Shipping in Australia will be sent via sendle or Australia post if not serviced by a sendle in your area. 
Alternatively pick up is availabel from my studio in Byron Bay.
