🌰 Walnut Hull Powder - Juglans regia
Rich Browns & Earthy Neutrals – Naturally Tannin-Rich Dye
Walnut Hull Powder, made from the dried outer shells (hulls) of the Juglans regia tree, is a powerful natural dye prized for its deep brown, warm taupe, and greyish neutral tones. Naturally high in tannins, it can be used without a mordant and also serves as a subtle tannin source for preparing cellulose fibres like cotton and linen.
Key Features:
100% pure, ground walnut hulls
Naturally rich in tannins and juglone pigments
Produces earthy browns, greys, and soft black tones
